“Quality, Safety and Optimism” is the 3-word guideline that he has been practicing for the past 12 years in Vietnam Hailiang Group.
He is Le Duc Thuong Keong, from Tỉnh Tiền Giang, Vietnam, and he joined Vietnam Hailiang base in 2011 and became a team leader of straightening and cleaning section. For 12 years, he regarded Vietnam Hailiang as his “second home”, and devoted all his youth and enthusiasm.
Vietnam Hailiang also witnessed the growth of him and awarded him the honor of 2022 Outstanding Employee. It was a sincere and frank two-way journey.

Le Duc Thuong Keong, upon joining in Hailiang, found his affinity for copper to be a compelling factor. He particularly admires the distinctive hue of copper. He cherishes each copper tube he makes, holding them as cherished treasures.
Upon his entry into Hailiang, there were only two technicians of the straightening and cleaning section. It can be said that most members of this section were nurtured under his guidance. He is an indispensable pillar of the straightening and cleaning section at Vietnam Hailiang, and one of the pioneers.
